Loved this article! I think that sales experience and going anywhere near sales is the main things stopping conversions! If you say I hate selling, I can’t sell and then don’t it’s quite the expensive self-fulfilling prophecy
Thank you, Jess and David, super valuable stuff!! Love the breakdown of the framework for problem, story, and ask. Surprisingly, I've been somehow incorporating most of those into my posts just by intuition, so that's making me feel good about where I'm at!
you're very welcome, Dido! im glad you found it valuable! and great work already incorporating this stuff in a already! you are on the right path and showing you sales skills!!
Frank, that’s a hard place for sure. There is a light at the end of the tunnel though, so keep going!
One thing that helped me was to really think hard about that first problem you solve and who is that ideal customer for that problem. Then really focus on writing for that customer. Others may not understand, but that’s ok because they are not for your writing. The folks that are for it, will find you.
Absolutely. The clearer you are about who you're writing for and what problem you're helping them solve, the easier it becomes to ignore the noise. Not everyone needs to connect with your work just the people it's meant for.

So true Noemi.
One of the biggest things I help folks with is reframing sales as Problem solving with another human.
The beauty in that is you are no longer “selling” you are just trying to help your customer solve a problem. We all can do that. 😁
Thanks for reading and commenting! Excited to have you in the conversation.
You’re just helping regulate their nervous system! Thanks for rebranding selling 😅
wow thats a great reframe, Noemi!
I love that! everything needs a reframe sometimes! It just depends on the audience. 😁

Hi, Kinza! Thank you so much for reading. I’m glad it was helpful. Feel free to reach out to David and me if you need anything.
I'm in the void between sharing content and someone understanding what I'm building
